This book is the best I’ve found for taking you through techniques that can help you deal with anxiety and phobias. Very comprehensive.
If you are experiencing high anxiety, are agoraphobic, or suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder, you need this book.
My recommendation is to first read Claire Weekes’ Hope and Help For Your Nerves to understand what you are going through. Then, read this workbook by Edmund J. Bourne, The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook. It would be a perfect combination and put you weel ahead of your anxiety to where you feel you are in control.
