Anxiety disorders are categorized into five types. They have similarities but it only differs on its signs and symptoms. These are the five types of anxiety disorders:

* Panic Disorder - it is an intense fear that attacks more often. Palpitations, dyspnea, cheat pain and dizziness characterize it.
* Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder - an uncontrollable behavior occurring frequently. It is done repeatedly brought by impulses.
* Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder - constant symptoms and the effects of the traumatic events that happens in a person.
* Phobias - it is an unexplainable extreme fear to something.
* Generalized Anxiety Disorder - it exists in more than 6 months in a person. It is a constant, extreme worrisome thoughts felt everyday. This type or worry is never rationale and has no reason at all.
